why did you choose to ingest mushrooms before your pregnancy?
My first pregnancy was healthy but postpartum was hard. I had a lot of trauma that arose from my birth experience. I wasn’t supported by my partner and became a single parent. I felt innately that a microdose regime may be the most supportive way for me to overcome my limiting beliefs and emotional/spiritual obstacles so I began to dose around 16 month’s postpartum with my first child and continued for 7 years to support my parenting journey.

I felt that the regime I was on was very beneficial for me in many ways and I didn’t feel it would be harmful. I felt like it would enhance my pregnancy experience and help me when it came time for my planned natural water birth.

My regime is grounding and helps me cope with the stressors of parenting and life. I feel like I can be a more easeful and present mother when I stay on my regime.

I have a history of depression, adhd and anxiety that I had been diligently trying to overcome my entire life with the help of herbs, diet, meditation, etc and was really struggling and overwhelmed when I became a single parent. The mushrooms have been helping me to not only cope but rewire my mental processes. I’m becoming the person I knew I could be but couldn’t reach due to those barriers.
