To create feelings of calm and happiness, and to create a positive environment that I thought would positively affect the baby. To holistically alleviate depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms.

why did you choose to ingest mushrooms after you gave birth?
To help with parenting, self-connection, and spirituality. To holistically alleviate depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms.

No

Yes

what benefits did you notice in your parenting that you attribute to the mushroom?
Way more attuned and connected. Less stressed and in my head. Real bonding
what were the unwanted effects or challenges of ingesting mushrooms while parenting?
taking a larger dose might put me over into active grieving, and needing to care for self emotionally and going through big feelings would sometimes conflict with active parenting. Can be remediated by having more people around :)
what benefits have you noticed about your children that you attribute to the mushroom?
My child is remarkably intelligent and kind. She is a leader, and always looks out for everyone in a group. She is sweet and sensitive, and we receive regular feedback from adults about what a great person and kid she is.
